BALANCED LINEAR GUIDES
The high-precision injection unit integrates an integral moving bracket with symmetrical twin cylinders to ensure perfectly balanced nozzle contact stress. Guided by frictionless linear motion rails, it minimizes systemic return resistance for flawless shot weight repeatability.
INTELLIGENT VALVE GATING
Natively equipped with a high-end digital controller supporting complex mold needle valve gating control functions with adjustable multi-channel program delays. Coupled with closed-loop quantitative thin-oil detection lubrication networks to maximize toggle uptime.
